12 July Food Diary

Had the day off from the gym today.  Low Cal and Carb day...

Breakfast:

  • Turkey Sausage - 3 link
  • Blackberries - 4 oz
  • Large Omega Eggs - 4
  • EVOO - 1 Tbs
Lunch:
Dinner:
  • Pork Tenderloin - 9 oz
  • Wok Broccoli - 3 cups
  • EVOO - 1 TBS
Snack:
  • Almond Butter - 2 TBS

Fat: 94 g
Carbs: 60 g
Protein: 154 g (little low, but no lifting)

VitC: 528%
